This contribution summarizes some of the important theoretical progress thathas been made in the arena of electroweak physics at hadron colliders. Thefocus is on developments that have sharpened theoretical predictions for finalstates produced through electroweak processes. Special attention is paid to newresults that have been presented in the last year, since LHCP2015, as well ason key issues for future measurements at the LHC.
